Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 15–25 business days
- New Zealand: 15–25 business days
- Central & South America: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include customs clearance delays, import inspections, or other unforeseen shipping disruptions.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Order Cancellation
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.
If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Lost or Missing Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Vorinzo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. If a shipping issue occurs due to an error on our part, we will replace or reship the order at no additional cost.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vorinzo has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
